Go deeper into your healing with the Quintessential Energy Healing Journey! Over THREE - 2.5 hour sessions, Jasmin will guide you on a rich soul journey so you can better learn how to listen with your intuition and how to trust your inner GPS that's been with you all along! You will experience present-moment guided meditations, receive the sacred energy healing, and empowerment and soul coaching throughout the session. You will also have continued direct support between sessions. ~ An amplified dive into self exploration, inner-healing, deep clearing and energetic shifts ~ 3 - 2.5 hour sessions (Conversation, energetic treatment and overview post session) ~ 3 - 30 minute Empowerment coaching Zoom calls to support integration ~ Journal prompts (aka homework) to support deeper healing that stays ~ Recordings available (audio in person, or video on zoom) ~ All 3 sessions to be completed within 5 months max.
